Changing The Current
As surfers, travelers, and proud members of the melanated community, we are excited and encouraged by the rise of grassroots efforts to change the current face of surfing, bringing diversity to local lineups and painting the water with a rainbow of colors.
As tides turn and currents ebb and flow we recognize that change is inevitable. Social change however is too big to do alone and we need to cross boundaries to ensure that there are no boundaries for people of color to enter and excel in surfing.
As an organization we work to connect the dots, striving to establish an intrinsic link between professional, profitable, and grassroots sectors so that opportunities to reach goals and pursue dreams in surf and travel are available to all.

How we do it
Through partnerships with organizations and individuals committed to social justice and equality, we seek to provide access to the resources necessary for individuals from marginalized communities to embark on life-changing adventures.

Why we do it
By promoting diversity and inclusivity within the surf travel industry, we hope to foster a community of empowered individuals who not only gain access to new experiences, but also become advocates for a more just and equitable society.
What we do
Our mission is to empower people of color to experience the transformative power of surfing and travel by bridging the funding gap that often prevents them from participating in these enriching experiences.
Where should we go?
We search the planet to identify amazing surf experiences, partnering with local organizations to craft experiences that are enriching and culturally relevant.
Who wants to go?
We partner with local surf organizations serving people of color in their respective communities to identify individuals who would benefit from these experiences.
How can we pay for it?
We work tirelessly to find sources of funding to make these trips possible for those who desire to experience them; pairing donors with participants, leading fundraising efforts, and seeking sponsorship to offer trips at the lowest possible cost to our participants.
Changing The Current
As tides turn and currents ebb and flow, we know that change is inevitable.
Rather than go against the current, we choose to build a new model that makes the existing one obsolete.
Like a river encountering a rock, we flow with grace around the obstacles we face.
